How to add a $25.00 Special Discount Coupon Code in Magento Cart

Login to admin panel
Select Shopping Cart Price Rules from Promotions
Click on Add New Rule and enter the details
Click on Actions from the left hand side Menu and enter the details
Click Save Rule and that is it.

Cart Price, Coupon Code, Discount Coupon, Hand Side Menu, Left Hand Side, Left Hand Side Menu, Promotions, Shopping Cart
