The solution is very simple:
Start->Run
Give the following command in run and click Ok.
firefox.exe -p -no -remote
A window will be opened and you will see Create Profile, Rename Profile, Delete Profile.
In that you can simply create a profile with a name.
Ensure that “Don’t ask at startup” checkbox is disabled, otherwise firefox will not ask you for the user profile when it starts again.
After that you can select a particular user from that window and Start Firefox.
